Does anyone have evidence of the 'arrival time', that is 'doors open', for flight LS390 on 28th December 2015.
Availability.com shows arrival time 9.05 p.m. with a delay of 3 hours 5 mins.
Jet 2.com however state their records show arrival time before 9.00 p.m. with a delay 2 hours 57 mins. from scheduled arrival time of 6.00 p.m.
Jet 2 com. however say they will not disclose their information regarding 'arrival time' unless formal legal proceedings are taken.

Bott & Co say you are due 400 euro compensation per passenger. Read Vaubans guide and go from there0

note that EUClaim states
Unfortunately, our data shows that no compensation-related issues occurred with this flight.
It's very unlikely that you will be successful in getting compensation. We recommend not pursuing your claim further.
I have previously queried with Bott why their site shows compensation due when other's don't believe it applies
their response was "The website does the initial investigation, thereafter we do a further investigation which give us further details of the individual flights."
(in my case they closed a case after 22 months stating there was no compensation due....their website still shows that the flight qualifies for €250 compensation many months later)
Checking the NWNF sites is a good check but unless both EUClaim and Bott come back with a positive I don't think you can assume any certainty0 -
Maybe EU claims give the landing time and bott gives the door opening time that would account for the discrepancy.0
