Landlord (private) has gone bankrupt, who owns?

When someone goes bankrupt the official receiver has up to 3 years to decide what to do with the property. It depends what ( if any) equity is in the property. They may decide to wait the 3 years and see what happens re prices etc. On the other hand they may have already assessed the case and dealt with the house and decided either there is no equity or there is some and they have offered the landlord to buy it back.
I'm unsure what the charge means perhaps the official receiver lodged a charge to stop the house being sold without his or her knowledge or perhaps the bankruptcy has been overturned and the creditor has got a charge in the house instead.Making my money go further with MSE :j

You need to decide what you want to do ie whether you wish to remain or not. If you wish to remain then it is probably worth writing to the official receiver to make them aware you are resident in the house and have a tenancy ( even if no money is changing hands). The official receiver may not be able to tell you what the situation is with the house is but they might ( you could try calling them).
As your situation is quite unusual then it might be worth giving shelter the housing charity a call, they can talk you through exactly what rights you have and explain what may happen to the house and your tenancy ( I'm assuming it is a tenancy, shelter will be able to clarify what type it is).
Good luck

If it is a straight forward case and the landlord has complied with things they can be discharged after 1 year. This means they have 'done their time' so to speak and can start rebuilding their lives. I am unsure if this process can be completed if the issue of the house has still to be dealt with though. People on the bankruptcy board may be able to help re the charge, what happens with the house, automatic discharge etc.
