    It will be an RTB warranty, so the postage is down to you.
    You should have been able to courier this for no more than £10, not £15.

    Unfortunately, I wanted to get rid of it ASAP so took it to the post office.

    I know it's my fault, I should have looked at other options but......... lol

    It was quite heavy 4.004 kg bet that .004 mad a difference lol.

    Does it say in the warranty booklet that came with the blanket? As their site refers to it, I'm wondering if the terms are slightly different depending on which blanket you have purchased?

    Unfortunately I can't find a booklet, had all the packaging but nothing else.

    RTB = Return To Base.
    It means you return it to them for service/fixing at your cost.

    The suggestion about using another carrier was made in the first reply on this thread.

    Would have cost you just £5.28 on parcel2go....
    You normally get RTB warranties on small portable items, which this is.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Thank you again, unfortunately I'd already posted when I made the opening post.

    I should have said the cheapest way I could find at the post office. I didn't try anywhere else. - More fool me, I'll know better next time!!!
