O2 Retentions Waste Of Time
 My husband and I have been on the phone for 5 days to this department, as our contract is up for renewal in September, and for the last year of our contract our phone bills have been overcharged, or wrong in some other way. We decided not to renew our contracts this year and try another phone company. When we called O2, Customer service we decided to stay with them, and we chose our new contract and phone, the next day my husband called O2 to confirm all the details and they had placed us on a different, more expensive contract, we complained and they sorted it out, later on the same evening, my husband contacted them again, as we had all these problems in the past with O2 we wanted to check all details were correct, Surprise! the contract was wrong again, this has happened to us five times now, we have been placed on five different call plans, and each time we call the Retentions department, the agents do not seem to know what we are talking about, each agent tells us a different story and the rules also chage from agent to agent. O2 are no longer interested in keeping customers happy and do not want to deal with unhappy customers, they are unhelpfull and do not care if we are happy with the service or not. They do not offer insentives to stay with them and the customer service does not exist. I will never deal with O2 again, and will NOT renew my contract at the end of this month.
Can anyone help me? I am looking for a good deal on a mobile phone, I WORK AWAY from home and I require a deal that includes both day and evening calls, I am not too bothered about txt mssg, as I mostly use calls. I am also looking for a slim phone something not too bulke, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks:j
