    I spotted a few adverts saying fully reconditioned PCs. err how did you recon a PC?
    They are mostly corporate PCs replaced at end of their lease term. The recon certainly involves a bit of internal hoovering (mine was spotless inside) and the HDD will have been restored to whatever image they were originally shipped from the manufacturer with. They usually come with a warranty.

    I was also confused by the upgrade claim, as I couldn't see which parts had been upgraded. :)
