Bad internet

We were previously with bt and did not have a great service from them.
Changed 2 mths ago to a company called Kinect - service has been even worse.
Internet stopps or dropps off - sometimes for a day.
Is there any way i can cancell this contract as they promised to provide us with a better service than we had but it is far worse?
Any help would be much appreciated
Thank you

Have you contacted your ISP .
Is this connection problem over WiFi ??
You can cancel the contract by paying off the remaining months .0 -

If so, ring and tell them you want to cancel because of the problems you have encountered. They may try to charge you an Early Termination of Contract (ETC) fee, but you should be able to get this waived if the problems have been as bad as you claim.
Do note that the service is merely re-sold Broadband using the same BT lines you previously used. Hard to see how it could be "better"0 -
Swapping provider will not fix a line fault, because you will still be on the same physical line.
Internet 'drops off' how? Are you using ethernet or wi-fi? If the latter, change the wireless channel, and retest from the master socket
Have you got filters on all active extensions?
Noise on the line?No free lunch, and no free laptop0
