Virgin Broadband Cable Too Long
Terkish
I have had some work done on my house and that has led me to reposition the TV. As a result of this, I have around 7-8 metres of excess cable. I called Virgin to ask if they would shorten it for me but they refused.
Do you guys have any ideas or suggestions?

Chop the cable off to the requred length and fit a new F connector.
Readily available from Screwfix Amazon etc.

If you are worried about upsetting VM then buy a new cable thats terminated in F Connectors at both ends. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
No wonder Virgin "refused", it's a three minute job which most anyone can do.
However, do realise that you may need that cable in the future, so be certain before you discard it.0
