Cheap Homehub 5 for BT?

Hi
I signed up to BT about 2 years ago and got their unlimited broadband and a Homehub 4 (which seemed pretty good), I have stuck with them since, although negotiating much better prices than they advertise!
I now have the need for a faster hub, (one that does 802.11ac and Gigabit Ethernet) for my home network - the broadband itself is fast enough and I have just renewed my 12 month contract for a good price.
I know from reviews the HH5 is supposed to be both cheap and good for my needs, as well as being 100% compatible with BT broadband, however the reviews list it as RRP £45 while amazon sell it for £80 and BT £120???
Anybody know if it is still possible to get it for the £45 mark or if that was some special limited deal? I won't post review links here as I don't know the rules but they are easy enough to find on google
Cheers

Have you spoken to customer services? If theres a fault with their equipment they usually send on out. if that fails, send an email off to the managing director and tell them how disapointed you are, and that when your contract is up, you'll be leaving.0

bought one on gumtree for £15 (was business hub 5 but essentially same as hh5) - just plug in and go - usually quite a few on there0
