Conned over Swegway

My 12 year old daughter has been saving for months for a Swegway/ hoverboard. She decided to forego gifts for her birthday and Christmas so she could raise the funds. She then paid £250 to get a white ic3board from ic3board.com. It was supposedly next day delivery. She was beside herself with excitement. The delivery never came. I have filled in the contact form on their website 3 times, emailed 2 different addresses, tweeted and Facebook messaged them and went to their registered address which was nothing more than a mail box.
Totally gutted for her and can't afford to just buy another one for her. Does anyone know anything about this company? They appear to be in Denmark. Or does any one have any advice? Thanks

How did you pay (credit/debit card, PayPal etc)?0
-
The website ic3board.com gives an address in London, what address did you buy it from ?0

There's another address, in Hatton Garden, shown here: together with an individual's name (even the name looks dodgy), mobile phone number and email address.0

The phone number belongs to a completely different person.0

Company formed on the 22nd October 2015 (just in time for the anticipated Christmas rush for hoverboards) and company director is "John Smith"

Once you've advised us of how you paid, further advice will be forthcoming.0 -
Not that this helps OP in slightest (just making conversation) but I'm surprised anyone still wanted to buy these knowing that they can't ride them on pavements or roads. Basically limits most people to their gardens (if they have one). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

And with the pre-Christmas spate of these things catching fire, this might end up being a blessing in disguise for the OP (providing of course that they are able to recover their money).0

The site owner's address is a mail-forwarding service. It doesn't look good and your only hope is a card payment.Je suis sabot...0
