I feel your pain arka. It sounds similar to my own experience I posted in the complaints thread, only mine is still unresolved 6 weeks on!
@wilsonjack, I've been with Vodafone for 15 years and never had an issue so fingers crossed for you. What I will say from reading up here, if it does go wrong and you need CS, there appears an increasing chance that it may go very badly wrong and you will enter the rabbit hole.0 -

nomywell, I would advise you to send an email to the ceo email address. They will assign someone higher up to try and resolve your case. Thats the only way I managed to get my problem sorted.0
