Well I have been whizzing around! Achieved all sorts in the last 90min :)

I've tidied and wiped kitchen, put a wash on, lots of rehoming, putting clothes away, sorting the swim bag and football bag, cleaned 2 toilets, vacced, dusted, tidied LR! Found a home for party gubbins, picked grot out of the rug, tidied a pile of kids books and toys, found kids scarves, wiped table and chairs and made a :coffee:

Phew! WM will finish in half an hour, but other than hanging the laundry up, I'm done for this aft - going to put my feet up and look through DD learning journal, then I'll read my college stuff. Am even putting the tv on! :D

Ooh I also changed the water in the vase, home to a bunch of flowers I bought on christmas eve, and still looking perky!!!

Good afternoon everyone, I have been taken it a bit easy the last couple of days due to feeling low and exhausted. Thank you to everyone who sent me hugs and kind words since I last posted. I have now decided that I really need to get myself back in control and get back on top of everything.

My first job is to update my list and see exactly what I need to get done. There has been a lot of things happened since I last posted, as I have now received my next lot of uni work and dh has applied to college as well as applied for a few jobs.

Monday - Living / Family Room
Sort through dd's toy box (as wanting to get her room decluttered & decorated)
Declutter a drawer, shelf or box.
    Dust from top to bottom.
    Hoover floor
Polish mirrors, shine pics / photo frames.

Tuesday - kitchen and dining room
Clear and wipe your work tops
    Shine your sink.
Dust down your windowsill and any other fluffy surfaces
Vac through and back to the kitchen too.
Wipe down small appliances, shake that toaster over the bin and get all the bits out.
    Mop your floors
Descale kettle / iron as required
    HHI
How's your january budget shaping up? Are there any bills you can reduce by switching?

Wednesday - Bathrooms & PC / Study area
Clean the sink, taps and grotty plugholes
Clear that cluttered windowsill or shelf
Straighten up your desk and wipe over – desks harbour germs too!
Switch off the kit and wipe over the keyboard with an antibac wipe or similar
Schedule important school dates in diary
    Do 1 load of washing
Switch it back on and de-fragment the disc
Back to bathroom, clean the bath / shower
    Mop the floor
    HHI
Collect dirty towels and replace with fresh ones
Clean the fan / air vent
Fill in nursery paperwork for ds2

    Thursday - Master bedroom
Let the chickens out and feed all animals
Spend 3 hours on course work
    Do 1 load of washing
    Clear that floordrobe
    Strip the bed
    Remake it too
    Dust and vac
    Polish a mirror / picture
Wipe door handles, frames, window frames
Airing cupboard- have a sort / tidy / fling
    Fling 5 things
    HH sorting paperwork
Have you budgeted for a holiday this year? Or some family time? Spend a little time planning - it's all part of the enjoyment
    Phone a friend
    Add 14p to savings tin
    HHI
    Close chickens away before dark
    Get an early night

I think that is my list up to date so I will make a start and see how much I can manage to get done today. Hope everyone is having a good Thursday

    Afternoon all.

So sorry to hear of your family's loss, Jazee.

I have had a fairly non-productive day, with little to show in the way of flying :o
    - Watched the sun rise and the sleet falling (but not settling)
    - Ate breakfast, showered and dressed
    - Trimmed DH's hair a little bit, and he did mine
    - Hung 2 pictures on existing hooks (DH didn't notice what I'd done)
    - Took about 50 staples out of some plywood
    - Sent 2 emails, each of which took me ages to write
    - Prepared and ate lunch, drank several :coffee::coffee::coffee: before and since
    - Started 2 loads of washing, of which one should now be dry and the other needs to go into the TD, if I can get myself off this chair
    - Started typing up notes for P from our meeting on Monday but my brain is on a go-slow
    - Kept up with the thread
    - Watched the sun set a few minutes ago

Going to choral society this evening, so I'd best go and deal with the washing and cook kedgeree for tea. I must leave here early enough to buy a decent birthday card for DGS2, which needs to be posted tomorrow or Saturday morning. The MrS across town didn't have much choice earlier in the week. Maybe MrS in the next town will have something suitable, otherwise I shall have to go searching in our local town centre on Saturday when I should be working.

I feel I ought to have had a PJs day instead :(

Tomorrow we shall have to make an early start to get to Maesteg by 10.30, to see DH's cousin. Hopefully the motorway and the A roads in South Wales will be clear. The thought of going does not exactly fill me with delight.

    Off to sort the washing......

Jazee I am so sorry to read your sad news. Life is just so unfair at times.:(

I have duly had my injeculation (as Mr LW's Dad would've called it) into the more painful, right wrist. Dr S concurred it was the sensible way to go; he's going to book me in for the other one in a few weeks' time. I now have to rest it for at least 24 hours, so Mr LW gets to cook dins tonight.;)

Poor old Dr S had some sad news, too; we always talk dogs while he's doing my wrists, to distract me from the dreaded needle, and sadly the older of his 2 Black Labs has passed away.:(

As you know, I don't usually get online very early in the day, so I'll take this chance to wish Mumof2 all the best for tomorrow - you'll be gone to your meeting before I get anywhere near the netbook, but please know I'll be thinking of you. x
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Thank you sweetie. I'm feeling very calm about it actually - the worst bit was picking up the phone to make the call in the first place x

Good day today - been doing stuff I've been putting off (renew E111 and passports and checking tax return etc) and had a fab Agility lesson with Whiz - he was the best he's ever been and I think it's starting to click for both of us now.

Got to take Z to Scouts now. If I don't get online tomorrow morning I'll try to catch up with you when I can later in the day.
