I prefer walking in to a CEX store just because if anything is damaged/scratched or has a lower price than expected you can walk back out of the store with it.

Yes, odd how so many go missing at that point isn't it...

I've read many reviews where they claim that to be the case. What's more odd is that random items from sealed parcels that seemingly disappear at that point too. It's why I'd personally never use them.
