Morning all, just thought I would mention that over on the grabbit board, a link has been posted to the Nivea treat baubles and Baylis and Harding pamper sets available from superdrug eBay outlet, they are also 3 for 2 and discounted. The baubles are £3 but 3 for £6, so good for those who may have missed out when in the sale!

Good morning looks like Storm Gertrude is set to cause caos today according to the weather forecast :eek:so will have to hold onto my hat whilst walking along the promenade in Worthing ;)

Enjoy your weekend and stay safe and warm...going to abstain from the internet whilst away ;)so expecting a long catch-up when I get back :(
  • Good morning all, more than a little draughty here!

Snap - hope your sister manages to sort out the party situation. I always found the best way to stop things like that was to threaten to be at the party :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Am I the only person that's very scared at the thought of Donald Trump being a serious contender to lead one of the most powerful countries on the planet? surely that won't happen?
I've just been watching a programme about how much support he has. Scary

Not by any means, it would mean everyone in the US would HAVE to be fully armed to the teeth even in bed! It would be interesting to get him and that other idiot that goes by the name of Corbyn in the same room though

    Good Morning:wave:

Mine's tea, milk 1 sugar if there's any left Nerfy;) my kettle is guaranteed to wake littleman:)

Had a very strange email last night...

I submitted my sada home delivery receipt to Mr monkeys cos, which was declined several times so I emailed photos to them, they replied asking me to resend the total page as it was missing but half an hour later I received an email from my Quidco Clicksnap saying my receipt had tracked with the items (except chicken nuggets:( ) but I didn't submit to my Quidco it was Mr monkeys cos...
Now I know they are the same company but you would think as they are two different apps that they would keep them on seperate systems to not cause confusion... Now I don't know what to do. If I continue with Mr monkeys cos they will probably say receipt already submitted but I want my £1.50 birdseye cashback...

Now I know why I dont do these cashback shops as often as I used to...

Quidco tracks online clicksnap claims automatically ....provided you have used a home shopping account that you have registered to quidco AND you've viewed the page at quidco.co.uk/clicksnap within the previous 7 days
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

On a serious note. I'm with the headteacher who respectfully asked parents not to turn up in PJs. it does give out the wrong message to kids. it takes no time to get washed, dressed and looking decent for the day.

I do think taking kids to school dressed for bed sends out the wrong message. That's just me. it spills over into real life and before you know where you are, you're following someone in a giant bunny suit pushing a trolley in Asda  :rotfl::rotfl:

    Totally agree, FC.
I was quite shocked to see a couple of people (from the north) going to the restaurant for breakfast in their pj's last week when I was on holiday.:eek: They actually said that the dress rules were no swimwear.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
