Thanks for this snap as I've had the forms since before Christmas and still not got around to filling it up and we go to France the end of March😱😱
For your children you will need to fill in parents details too. Also if anyone of your boys is now over 12 they need to sign the box on top right side (page 3)
If a child is coming up to age 16 the can apply 3 weeks before their birthday for an adult passport.
When a child applies for their 1st adult passport from a child passport - the Parents details need to be filled but that will be the last time (unless they lose their passport) & counter signatory to confirm they are an adult in their own rightAfternoon gang
I countersign a lot of passports and can confirm that glasses are best left off and only need countersignature if you are unrecognisable.......I always get the old and new together and cover the faces except eyes and lower face ...this will give you an idea of if you need a signature .
I also use the online form as they post it out so that you can sign it and add the pics but it doesn't let you fill in the wrong boxes iykwim xxx
:T:T
But word of caution to anyone filling in an online passport form. Check & double check you have HM Passports. gov etc as there are many sites pretending to be real & charge you £72.50 for just filling in the form :eek:Our Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

Been home long enough for a coffee and a quick ciggy  enjoyed The Reverent though it is quite bloody in places.
Must go and have a catch up before I settle for the eveningvery windy here, outside, not me
There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
Hello bubbaloo

Hi, don't some company's make you see red!!
I have a range cooker which I reported on the 13th Dec to the company that I have it insured with that 1 oven wouldn't stay a light and the grill stuck on low heat. I had to ring another company to get the repair done, well to cut a long story short, I only had 1 oven over Xmas, repair on New Year's Eve to oven only, grill still not been done and £10 in phone call :mad:
Latest, they offered me 55% off new cooker through them, which would cost me over £500
Another appointment to repair grill ( been repaired about 5 times already) same fault ever time.
Or a settlement figure, the 55% that they would pay towards a new one, less what's left on the policy, plus compensation,
This added up to £684!! I can get the same cooker in the sale at curry's for £729 so I've opted for this. Just waiting for the money to be transferred into my account, plus the cost of the phone calls.0 -
I have returned from my shopping trip.....
went to M and picked up a free Aveeno daily moisturising lotion using the £2 coupon from the caring everyday website.
They are currently offering a voucher for £2 off anything in the Aveeno range and the 200ml daily moisturising lotion is reduced from £4.95 to £2...it took a bit of finding but its a good sized freebie if your M stock it.
went on to T where I did also find some of the dark bath mats...thanks Tiny or Snap...I cant remember who found them but for £1.50 each I picked up the last 2.
and then I had a melt down at the reduced counter of all places...over a pack of chops containing 4 and the remembrance that we are a family of 3 now....
I am heartbroken for you LEJC......tears are flowing......how can we help?To do is to be. Rousseau

I get the impression that big companies do not care anymoreWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
