Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
annieme, sorry but your tale made me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: don't know why as I do similar things. When I worked I kept on top of things, brain going all the time :). These days, I forget various things and make silly blunders which I have put down to age  :rotfl::rotfl:

I sometimes wish I hadn't listened to dh telling me to give up work grrr, he is the cause of this then, obviously  :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

When you do find a glitch be proud and shout it from the hilltops:j:j
To be honest it was pure luck :rotfl: and that's why I think the glitch finders do such a good job as I haven't a clue how they figure it out:o:o

thanks for that, at least I know where I went wrong:(
Its just been one of those days every shop we went to we had problems/mistakes happen.:(

The last one being (I was fed up by this time) was in M ..went in for the soup for shopit and aveeno lotion on offer 2 for £5 used 2 x £2 moc :money: and rtc spring onions 9p.
spotted a really cute xmas stocking for a dog for 9p and some xmas doggie biscuits (no barcode ) manger said they were £5 at xmas and we could have for £1:)
As the stocking scanned at £1 the sa said she would then put it through at £1.09 as the biscuits had no bc on the tin:)
It wasn't til we got home and uploadeding receipts that I noticed she hadn't deducted the original £1:mad: rang up m and no problem they will refund £1 next time we are in store:)

The thing is I didn't have my mantra card with me...and we don't even have a dog:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Question for Zippy if he is about.
    P&O.
Didnt you used to get 4x cc value? As just had a look and its now 3 times :(
Also, can you use it against an early saver fare? I have looked at T&C, but cant see anything saying I cant.

it changed to x3 about 2 1/2 years ago. you cant use it against saver fare.
however prior to this year you would forfeit any offers like obs or parking if using tesco points and points use was unlimited.
now your limited to £810 p&0 vouchers (270 points) but still get the obs or parking. which i think is a lot better.
also now you dont have to post them to p&o i done it by email to my p&o rep.
the balcony i just booked i got £520 obs (between us) and got £810 off thanks to 3v and tesco

I was so pleased to hear you'd got your tooth out successfully but a bit of a b.... the meds didn't do anything. If in future it happens again hopefully the doc will give you more altho' now you've had one out successfully you'll probably be fine. I really felt for you as I had a tooth removed recently but mine are brittle. It broke into 12 pieces. I didn't feel anything though.

Thanks :j Its sore now and my cheek is swollen, bruising I assume. The salt water mouth wash is bleugh

Is was worried about it snapping but it didn't.

I showed it to my step son so he can see what happens when he doesn't clean his teeth. Practically cried it was soooo disgusting (he watches walking dead so I don't know what that's about) told me he hasn't cleaned his teeth for 3 weeks and he doesn't care as I'm just saying it to be horrible. sigh
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

    Unsure if this will work.

Just clearing out photos and stuff and came across this taken at Durham Miners Gala ( Durham Big Meeting) a couple of years ago. This event has been going for nearly 150 years now and is much changed. Every pit village used to have a banner and most had a colliery band. The band would walk behind their banner through Durham City to the racecourse where the trades unions leaders would speak to the huge crowds and then they would march back again at the end of the day. Numbers have been made up in recent years with banners and brass bands from all over the country.

This snippet was taken as one of the bands came over Elvet Bridge to make their way to the Market Place I seem to remember that it was a band from Yorkshire and they were fabulous. There was a carnival atmosphere....:):)

    Sorry folks....doesn't work......

Well I haven't got very far today. Decided to sort through email account that I use for Groupon, Cruise Nation and several newspapers. Am now down to 48 unread, of which I'll read all 48
Found an interesting story in The Chronicle, about 200 school girls running rampage at Stephenson Memorial School because the Headmaster had extended corporal punishment. This was all of 40 years ago  I was never caned but had the ruler on my hand

DS4 asleep already  he didn't come home until silly o'clock, had some breakfast then off to bed. Lord knows when he'll get up, probably 10pm and repeat  Maybe I should get the Hoover out and do the floors today rather than tomorrow

Have you all been shopping? I know bubbs hasn't, she's been home cooking. Under a week to go now bubbs :)

Well I have been shopping to use small wombles and have sussed the self service with apg's.
Also been putting loads of multibuys in my online basket.I hope i don't press checkout by mistake because it would cost me a fortune and I don't do online shops:rotfl:
