Congratulations VT. Wishing you every happiness in your new home. Nuns??

Yes Nuns. They sold the land (old school) to developer with certain conditions. One was % of sale of new homes over a certain figure. Some strange covenants for living there:eek:
They will be slightly distant neighbours of mine.

Another 2 major kitchen cupboards cleared out today. Clearing and throwing and just returning to cupboard things I actually want to take with me.

Very upset I couldn't take advantage of very generous bt offer on tcb today but I have to get phone line put in first. Shame as almost covers the cost for the year.
Have date for new phone to be installed now and cancelled current package.
Luckily mum is all for me getting as much back as possible so will be contracted customer for a year until I convert back to my details.

Another packing day tomorrow then I will start to get ready for holiday.
Not much left to do but limited energy so pacing myself.

IT'S very sorry to hear your nan is unwell. Take comfort in the fact she knows how very much loved she is. The Elite are great support at times like these.

    Evening folkios :D

Me and the bestie had a trial of wedding hair tonight... We *think* we know what she wants, and we've made good progress but I seriously need to brush up on my hairdressing skills :o

Her 11 year olds hair was perfect first time, even if it did take an hour and a half to do it. Who knew 11 year olds had so much hair?! :rotfl:

MG and his boy have chosen their suits, which is good because now I know what colour they're going for, I have found THE dress for me. But it's £120 and I don't have a job :o:o

It was all I could do to stop her peeking at my list book tonight  I had to take it to the loo with me :rotfl: she knows what we are doing for her hen but not the surprises I've got lined up for her and they are all in my book

I'm waffling now :o I'm going to go get me more vodka

1x Oral-B TriZone 2000 Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush (EACH) £70 in Sada, £35 in T. Did a rushed CC and lost a chunk on sundried tomatoes but needed to use up evouchers so not too fussed. Got a APG of just over £35. Can't post results as I'm on iPad -- Mum is here and if I go to the PC she frets.

I think there were other toothbrushes cheaper at T but that one definitely works. Happy days again...

    Trizone 600 may be an option too - £50 A v £25 T according to MSM.

Thanks bubbs. Going to Cape Verde again. Mum and step dad love it this time of year. Suits them, they just want to relax on balcony watching ships going by and enjoy good food. I will be on a sun loungers by pool out of the strong winds.
Lovely place quick email and we are getting same rooms as last year. Taking binoculars this time to enjoy the ships and wildlife more.

In very large A tonight there were many different items in the male toiletries section RTC half price - scanned a few but items not found :(.

Dove Men shower gel, Gillette Shaving, L'Oreal Men, deodorants, Durex condoms and a whole host of other items - alongside all the Wilkinson shaving and air freshener RTCs. Do we think this is a usual packaging design/size change RTC period (and they have accelerated the system delisting) or are they reducing the range?

  • It's so quiet tonight, Nerfy is it actually Friday? I travelled to New York yesterday and am absolutely freezing my tits off :rotfl:

I was thinking of you when I saw the Jonas update an hour ago. My god I hope you have a really warm coat and wellies with you. Sure it will not spoil your fun.
If cold wear everything you have with you.
When you return I need a good rocky road recipe please.

Oh and please post your snow cake photos;)

OMG. They are all perfect :T I ordered the bags I wanted today - it has only taken two weeks to find the *exact* ones I wanted

I got my dancing socks on...

You need to get Scamps helping you find some more. ;) He has the nose for finding things and what's the betting they would have been 1p if he had found them. :rotfl:

I will try another store another day. :)
