I was just wondering why I had not sent the email to the support@hotpoint.co.uk address that is on their website. I just forwarded it to them and it bounced back saying that address was unknown. I think that is my answer.
I cannot put on here what I think of them at the moment, I think I would be banned. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Good morning another cold and frostie one which seems the norm lately .Need to ring the Plumber and confirm I want them to go ahead after receiving their quote :eek:but needs must and am just grateful that funds permit me to be able to do so .
If the quote is detailed enough, have you tried calling another plumber and asking them to beat it?What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
I know I am getting paranoid now, but I am seriously concerned that Hotpoint is going to go down before I get my new freezer. The last time they submitted accounts to Companies House was 2011 :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

They are, but as they are still officially a company they still have to submit accounts, I think Indesit is an umbrella company.
Well, I have had a reply from Andy Street's office (John Lewis) and a senior member of the Technical Support Team will be in touch with me shortly. What shortly means I do not know. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
