I wonder if anyone has had problems using the coupon from mymail for new covent garden soup in sainsbobs - just tried to use 2 coupons, both unique, against 2 cartons of soup and neither would work, so then when to CS and they could not get them to work either, most confused as the coupon that was available from the new covent garden website worked fine????0 -
I have just had trouble with the vouchers in sainsbobs, the ones from mymail would not scan, I went to CS and they could not get them to work either, the till said they were not valid, used 2 in the same shop from the NGC website and they worked fine! I checked they were scanning the correct BC etc. Most confused, never had a problem with them B4Has anyone had trouble using the NCG coupons? The SS checkout happily took the Yorkshire tea ones and my APG's, but voided the NCG ones off. The SA's were most perplexed too, none of them yet know about the Eagle Eye coupon system they have installed.0 -

The MOC from the NCG website scans fine at Sainsburys but the ones from mymail do NOT scan at Sainsburys.
I normally scan 2 on the self scan without need for the assistant. Does anyone know if it would work scanning 3 ?0 -
