Hi All
I wonder if anyone has had problems using the coupon from mymail for new covent garden soup in sainsbobs - just tried to use 2 coupons, both unique, against 2 cartons of soup and neither would work, so then when to CS and they could not get them to work either, most confused as the coupon that was available from the new covent garden website worked fine????

The MOC from the NCG website scans fine at Sainsburys but the ones from mymail do NOT scan at Sainsburys.

I normally scan 2 on the self scan without need for the assistant. Does anyone know if it would work scanning 3 ?
