I've been locked out for over a month. The Web Relations Team has been trying to help, without success this time, so far.0

I've usually encountered the error message above between the hours of say, 11pm and 7am.
I know there was a data breach late last year and since then they text you once you've logged into the account to verify your identity.
Whilst I appreciate it's for security purposes I've (personally) found that's when the trouble started.It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
