If this was Tony he has lots of great reviews, at the price he charges members it is a bargain.

I've had this and other threads pointed out to me privately.
PPA does not do business on Pepipoo. MSE, CAG, Legal Beagles or elsewhere. We only trade through our website.
If you have a problem with the service provided, you must contact PPA's complaints team first to allow us to resolve the issue. We have a dedicated complaints manager who only deals with such things. Her email is complaints (at) privateparkingappeals.co.uk
If you are unsatisfied with that, you have the opportunity to take your complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman, and we will accept their ADR as final if it is a finding in your favour.
If you have exhausted that process, you are entitled to seek a chargeback from your bank, or to issue legal proceedings.
However under the terms and conditions, you MUST follow this process - if you do not, your complaint will not be considered and you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you are unsure of my/our bona-fides, check out the prankster's blog.
I'm not going to say this on here again - I'm not here to do business, I'm here to help others. if people continue to try to use this forum to contact PPA, then I will simply withdraw from the forum, and ask Pepipoo to delete my account.

Seems perfectly reasonable.
It looks like the company in question completely complies with the requirements of the ADR Regulations.
Compare and contrast with http://www.consumer-ombudsman.org/
which details the steps a company should set out with ADR.
It seems that this company has listened to criticism and done something about it.0 -

Do you see anything in that posting suggesting he complained or went to ADR to resolve his issues?0

Why don't we ask the poster who they think was being reasonable and what happened. Facts needed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

:rotfl:
Perhaps you should make it a term of business that you must provide the service paid for ?
One would think that a company who partake in these matters would realise the importance of time and know that all the while that someone goes through all the above procedures, the clock is ticking on the parking matter.0 -
Why would someone unconnected to the company say that?Only if you then let the company comment.
This is an open forum - it is not for me to let you (or the Company of which you speak) do anything. I'm a poster here and I post facts and (with the other regulars) I fight for the small man and woman, against scam parking firms.
It is for consumers to report the facts of their case, and not be shouted down, attacked, or (perish the thought) sued.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The company make a big issue of not coming here officially. Though they aren't really wanted here, and regulars here do their best to point newbies who come here with their complaints of the poor service they have had back to the source of the poor serviceOnly if you then let the company comment.0
