bought a sim for my daughter and told her to try it out in her locked 02 moby.it works and she received the settings from tesco mobile.sending a txt is np but she can't get online/send mms's.i read the bumpf where it says 'if you are having probs.....' and went onto the tesco site but all it says is choose your moby and send the settings ( which my daughter has).in any case the 02 ice isn't in the list.my daughter rang CS but they couldnt really advise anything except to ring 02.they couldn't tell me anything either but advised me to ring tesco back again.so can somebody try and explain what's going on??? tesco as a network provider can't provide a proper service.my daughter wants to send a pic message to me on her new fone and it's driving us potty cos we're going round and round in circles

With the O2 ice it is all O2 branded, you may have to put the mms/wap settings in manually, I will try and find you the list and how to input them and will post them when I find them, shouldnt take me to long.

And here are the MMS Settings, enter them manually into the phone, by going to wap settings and do the same for the mms, it will be mms settings

But if you have put her on the Value Tariff she won't be able to send or receive pictures, video messages or access the internet via GPRS or make or receive calls or texts when abroad.

we're sticking to the standard tariff with the half price calls/txts to 3 numbers.you have to top up £10 a month if you wanna change to the value tariff

JAYMARSH2005 thanx for that.haven't decided how to get them to her yet tho.it's either by post/txt or over the fone.
