Chitty Chatter & EE - Put me on wrong tarrif, can i cancel?

I'm hoping someone on here could help me?
At the beginning of December, i started a new contract through Chitter chatter and joined EE.
The agreement/Tarrif was £54.99 for unlimited calls/text and 20GB of data (Free phone)
However, since having my first bill, it seems they have put me on the £49.99 contract with 10Gb.
I have called EE to see if they can put me on the correct one and because i signed the contract with Chitter chatter, they are unable to amend it
So i have been to Chitter chatter and they confirmed that I'm on the wrong tarrif and they will get EE to amend this. However this hasn't happened and even chasing this with Chitter chatter, it just seems like i keep getting fobbed off
Is there anything i can do? Or am i now stuck on this tarrif even though i signed up to the £54.99 / 20GB tarrif?

ChitterChatter should be able to arrange it via their account manager, it might take a week or 2 though to get sorted. When did you ask them to do it?====0
