How best to get EE to sort out billing problem?

What is the easiest and least hassle way of getting EE to sort out a billing problem that has been ongoing since the start of the contract?

So far it has taken five attempts to get to what maybe a partial fix!

Briefly I converted from PAYG to a two year contract. The agreement I signed in one of their shops was for a "special offer" deal with a reduced monthly price and an increased amount of data.

For several months, despite a visit to the shop and several phonecalls, I was being charged a few pounds a month too much as they had applied a lower discount than we had agreed. Also their systems seem to show only the normal amount of data. I have not actually ever exceeded this so I don't know for sure what would happen.

I visited the shop again and stood over the manager whilst he sent an internal message to get this corrected. I also made him give me
a copy of this. I was promised that the next bill would be correct plus I would be credited with the amount I have overpaid. He confirmed this in an email to me.

Next bill WAS for the correct amount but no refund nor any increase in data.

I have since emailed them twice more but had no reply!

Assuming they continue to charge the correct amount (??) we are only talking about c. £15 in total but why should I be out of pocket?

Any suggestions to a quick fix?

Thanks

Make a formal complaint. Wait 8 weeks if they don't respond, then complain to CISAS. Or sue, of course (following the LBA route first).

Obviously I appreciate that option is always there however, as I said, I was looking for a quick easy solution to a small irritating problem that has already wasted too much of my time.

I think EE now use Ombudsman services.
