Hi, how do I unlock my son's old iPhone 5 which is on O2 so my husband can use it please? Husband is with EE. Do I have to take it to a shop or can I do it online?
TIA

The only legitimate way of unlocking iPhones properly is via the provider it is locked to, i.e. O2 in your case.
You can possibly find some genuine 'grey' unlockers on ebay working through unscrupulous insider(s) in O2, but you have to be very careful as there are lots of conmen around.0
