Thanks HI, I love being off for 6 weeks, but find it difficult to fill the time cheaply now that the children are in their teens. So having mini breaks is good especially if it is time spent with family.

  • I'm looking forward to seeing Despicable Me 3 too! Did you go on the ride at Universal? Very funny!

Thanks for the tips you gave us for our holiday. We had the most brilliant time Xx

Yes we went on the ride, think we stood in line for 2hrs for that one.
Really pleased that you had a brilliant time :D.
  • Good morning.

Busy weekend over once again in a flash, but only 2 weeks until the summer hols :D.

Lots sold on3bay over the weekend, so lots to take to the PO today.

DS goes on his school trip tonight, I need to finish helping him pack when I get home from work I also need to withdraw some money for him £25 for food on the way to and back from the ferry. He has managed to save 100 euros himself for whist he is away.

    To do list-

    PO trip
    Money for DS.
Pack more £bay items sold overnight.
    Help DS finish packing.
    washing/ironing.
pay bills that are not on DD.

I'm sure there is more, but all I can think about is DS being out of the country for a week,I now he will be fine but it is the first time he has gone abroad without us :(.

 2 hours!!! Don't think we appreciated quite how lucky we were to be staying at an onsite hotel - we got into parks an hour early and also had free fast track passes so most queues were less than 10 minutes long :o Xx

Thankfully most of the other ride were a lot less than that one, but we decide to go on it late in the day and there was a long queue.
I refused to pay the price of the fast track passes as they were silly money as we stayed in a villa, so not onsite.

£25 redeemed from a survey site and £20 made on £bay but leaving that in bank account as DD needs some bits paying for school.
