    The OP clearly stated that they enter lots of competitions on Facebook and as for contacting the sender, how could they do that before collecting the package without knowing who the sender was?
    Anyway, once they did find out who sent it, they contacted the sender via e-mail.

    So not exactly a big box full of iPads then. Perhaps it isn't actually worth that much to the company so they're reluctant to spend to get it back? I know I've had that before with the likes of paper reems and the company said just keep them.
