It's such a motivator documenting the progress here, I am a person who's motivated by lists and I like to cross everything off! I find doing this makes me feel guilty if I have nothing to report back to you all!
Me too Its lovely how we are all motivating each other and I know I am getting great satisfaction from crossing things off my list each day
You are doing brilliantly - keep up the crossing out and good workMortgage - £2338.07 BTL 1 £51,089.10 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02 No Craft Spending in 2023 0/365 Stash Busting Challenge 2023 0/2023 [COLOR0 -
1. Declutter 2016 items
Not doing very well with this one!
42/2016
2. Read 16 Books
Way to tired last night, had an osteopath appointment in the afternoon and it wiped me out, was in bed asleep by 9!
3. Make 3 homemade meals a week
Another variation of tomato pasta and spaghetti
3/3
4. 16 no spend days a month
Ran out of shower gel yesterday morning so had to do a superdrug order to get more, I didn't realise we were in crisis mode!
5/16
5. Exercise 4 times a week (I have signed up to a triathlon in July so this is a must!) The triathlon is for my Duke of Edinburgh diamond challenge and a month before the wedding. Have been having back trouble but need to slowly get back into it!
Run, weights and stretching this morning. Feeling really confident on that one part of the triathlon now. Just need to start swimming and cycling!
2/4
6. I currently do the VSPC in which I do a daily, weekly and monthly challenge. Daily is on the 1st Jan put £3.66, 2nd £3.65 etc until the 31st Dec is 1p. Have done it opposite to most people as I felt I'd be more enthusiastic in the beginning and also get more interest! Weekly is rounding my bank account to the nearest £10 at the end of every Sunday and monthly is rounding my salary to the nearest £100.
All sorted for this week
7. Clean/tidy for 16 minutes per day
No. Absolutely nothing. The wonderful H2B sorted it all out.
8. Do at least 3 pages of my Travel scrapbook per month.
Failed at this last month. Fingers crossed for this month!
1/36
9. Bring a packed lunch at least 16 times a month.
Lunch with me again today
8/16
10. No buying any unnecessary toiletries and using the stash first
Ended up getting excited on the superdrug website and bought two nail varnishes... I definitely don't need anymore. But they were pretty colours!
11. When doing craft use up stash in house first, only exception is wedding craft! I have a huge cupboard full of things but always seem to buy new when I want to make something. Allowing the wedding to be an exception as some things I've never had before.
Didn't buy any craft supplies yesterday
12. One Two meal a week to be shopped for in the kitchen cupboards
All last night was in the cupboards
2/2
13. Do 16 random acts of kindness that cost nothing
3/16
14. 16 days out with family/friends that doesn't include holidays
2/16
15. 16 days out with H2B that doesn't include holiday
1/16
16. Visit elderly relatives twice a month IN THEIR HOME. I often time a visit to my parents house when I know they'll be there.
Visited the one who lives next door to my parents last night, had a cup of tea and a catch up
3/4 (I have two to visit)
Yesterday doesn't feel that successful... hoping for a better day today!

Nothing much to report today, sorry, done lots of stuff but nothing really to count as my challenges and despite being busy I haven't managed to hit my 7000 steps either
Tomorrow is a new day and I am grateful for each and everyone of those, as it's 2 years today since my heart attack and although my progress is slow and there have been many setbacks - I am still here and thankful for that
craftingmad - do you make soaps as well now?
