A very quick make to add to my total bringing it to 51/100 now. An old money box ( one of those that you need to open with a can opener to get the money out ) which i use for pens. Covered it with fabric and bits of ribbon and looks smart standing beside my phone.
Enjoy whats left of Sunday.2020 Stash makes/destash 61/1500 -
Hi all,
Hope all you mum's had a lovely Mother's Day yesterday
I am declaring a further 6 makes towards my total. The kids and I made cardboard owls yesterday which look really sweet and make me smile each time I look at them. I'll try and post a picture later. They didn't use uploads of stash but a few buttons, some cardboard and tape is better than nothing and I have something which makes e smile and is special
We also made some shrink keyring's using some shrink plastic I've had for ages. I love my owl one I made and it now proudly sits on my bunch of keys

Finished the dress I was making, the pattern was free and the jersey fabric cost £2 from the carboot last year, it's been sitting in my stash cupboard waiting for me to get my finger out and get it made.

Ziggy - I'm sorry for your loss. Xxxxx
Glad everyone is feeling motivated to make things and use up stash.
I have made one infinity scarf today. Not beautifully made - but I am pleased I have it a go. Managed to sew the jersey. So pleased with that. It's good practice for when I see a vest and a bolero of some description next week. Haha from the new stash I bought last week - but at least I've used one of the four pieces of fabric I bought.
85 - 500 so far.

craftingmad, I have a pack of shrink plastic that has been lurking in my cupboard for at least 6 years, lol! Glad you have happy vibes around you.
impressed with the dress, mrs-m - well done.
nimbo, sewing jersey is the pits as far as I'm concerned, so I prostrate myself at your feet!Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
It's great seeing all the makes and getting inspiration as I seem to have most things in my stash! I love the dress mrs-m.
I stumbled and bought some material! I saw it last year but managed to resist, until it was half-price in the sale. But I have used it immediately and made myself a skirt.
I have also made 2 zippered pouches entirely from fabric in my stash. I have also cut out pieces to make another 6.

Made some felt inchies using bits of felt, beads, buttons, all sorts of little bits, and stuck them on a blank notebook, I am pleased with the result.
Keep crafting everyone!0
