Some people who pm me to tell me that they've won a prize from one of my posts (and I'm always really pleased to hear that) add that they don't post in IWIWIW anymore because they've had bad experiences with unpleasant fellow compers.

That's sad Lilias. I feel quite sorry for peeps who feel the need to try and spoil others' joy at winning with nasty comments, they can't be very happy with life in general.
I had actually never considered a PM to the OP as an option till I read this thread, I will do it in future when/if I win something. I don't post comps very often, someone always beats me to it, but it would be nice to get a PM if somebody won from one of mine. Big thanks to all you dedicated posters who make life easier for us sluggards.

I take the view that whilst someone is wasting time and energy on resentment and jealousy then it is time they are losing from comping so scuppering their own chances. That and Karma rewards them appropriately for their rubbish attitude !

Yes, as above, it's because of jealousy & unpleasantness - best avoided where possible in my book.
    TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!
