They were declaration forms for a claim with NatWest. Three times they were signed by myself and posted. They probably got there on Christmas Eve and they couldn't be bothered to open them.0

I would still pursue the complaint.
If they want their £150, they can argue the toss at the Legal Ombudsman.
They cannot pass on the costs involved in doing so to you.0
