The only thing bothering me is that i have no proof i have sent these forms, only an email to them stating it is in the post.

At the same time how are they going to prove you didn't send it?


What exactly were the forms?

They were declaration forms for a claim with NatWest. Three times they were signed by myself and posted. They probably got there on Christmas Eve and they couldn't be bothered to open them.

I would still pursue the complaint.

If they want their £150, they can argue the toss at the Legal Ombudsman.

They cannot pass on the costs involved in doing so to you.
