    Can I still use out of date vitamins?? Its says BB on them so I'm not sure whether to use them or bin them

    Back in my own home, and it feels great. So much to do before new furniture arrives next week.


    1206-1210. Bottles recycled
    1211-1215. Caps off stuff accumulated in the bathroom
    1216-1220. Broken Hangers binned
    1221-1222. Replacement Handles arrive and already out and over to mum's to replace broken fridge and back door
    1223. Bedside tables cleaned and items replaced.
    1224. Chopping board beyond use out
    1225. Book finished cs
    1226. Empty box of tissues recycled
    1227. Packaged up electric toothbrush to be returned
    1228-1230. Packaging recycled
    1231-1232. Jarred peaches OOD binned
    1233-1237. Big bottles of juice well past the BBD bottles recycled. BF informed that no more will be bought for him to waste!
    1238. Bottom of the fridge rummage for items to be binned. I am sick of the waste.

    253) Broken small floor brush (rubbish).

    255) Unneeded cups holder which I previously made (rubbish).
    256) Very torn t-towl (made into rags).
    257) Rubber gloves leaking (made some 'rubber bands' and leftover bits to rubbish).
    258) Worn out pots brush (removed a light stain from the backyard and then to rubbish).
    259) Kitchen (cleaning, neatly stacking and organising).

    314-315) Made two decisions to purchase some 'health' products.
    316) Caught up with finishing a TV series.
    317-318) Caught up with radio shows.
    319) Reduced paperwork (notes of recipes to main file).

    321) "Mental clutter"- Sent a (difficult) card that had been pending for ages.

    396) Container of plants (to garden).

    401-402) Sweeping up leaf litter (to compost bin).
    403) Re-used cardboard box (made flat and shaped for a ground level outdoor "bird table").
    404-406) Garden pruning sessions (overgrown hedge, ferns that cats use to hide behind the birds area and nettle seeds to reduce this plant species).
    407) Pile of gardening canes (gathered and stored neatly).
    408) Wood cluttering the path (to rubbish).
    409-410) Kichen compost containers (outside compost bin).
    411-412) Buckets of compost materials (as above).
    413-418) Bags of rubbish (collected bin).
    419-422) Rubbish bin (collected).
    423-427) Big bags of recycling (collected bin).
    428-430) Recycling bin (collected).
    431-440) Saved containers from a big bag of them (perishable food ingredient to freezer).

    Much of my July decluttering has seemed like "everyday" tasks but I had previously come to a standstill even with some of those. Consequently, this challenge has at least encouraged me to begin to tackle things thanks.
