Did anyone else watch that Channel 4 show "Life Stripped Bare" last night? I didn't enjoy it much to be honest (I thought the starting from naked was a bit sensationalist) but it's brought my attention back to this challenge - I'm going to aim to discard another 50 items by the end of the day. :AShifting my energy for 20200

Hi all can I join in please? After a good start last year following retirement some part time work came along and as that has finished have no (excuses) reason not to crack on. Very impressed with everyone's progress and am starting today - just need to decide where! Twenty years of carp wish me luck.....
Am hoping to catch the C4 programme sounds interesting.

Thanks for the welcome everyone - have started in earnest, yesterday filled 2 bags for the chazza, stack of papers shredded and finally got help to move a broken chest of drawers to the boot of my car with a broken garden chair ready for the tip.
Today will have a couple of hours so the shed is getting it!

I haven't seen the C4 show either. Does seem too extreme starting with no clothes. I want an accessible challenge, where I still have far too many clothes!
The slog has continued but going to have a few days break as I'm fine in!
