Hi all! Been busy the past few days- helps that I am moving soon so have a good impetus to get the stuffs gone!
I emptied my freezer and majority of dried goods in cupboards ready for moving into the girlfriends parents house.
Lots of stuff has been put into their cupboards and shifted around so plenty for lunches for the next few months (it appears I love buying flour sugar and jams! Lots of jam tarts for pack ups in the next few months!
17: bag of miscellaneous food stuffs massively out of date and past the point of no return- binned
18: chicken out of freezer- goodness knows how long it's been in there! Roasting away happily now
19: sugar cookie mix used and biscuits in progress of eating! Jar in wash to use for storage of dried fruit for porridge :-)
20: 7 cookbooks &
21: 8 good food mags going to a friends shop- she will sell them for pennies of any interest in 4 weeks, cash will go to local charity.
I have cleared stuff out for carboot on 21st and girlfriend is doing the same: also listing some old stuff on eBay tonight, a dress, DVDs box set, Nike fuelband etc but will count all that stuff once it's gone! Good to have it in boot sale piles and eBay listing piles.
So far on selling the stuff this year I've made £37.50 after fees so all added to the house deposit fund too!
Oh and I accumulated a boxful of mini toiletries from a 6 month commuting role where I had regular hotel stays- got in touch with homeless charity on Facebook and they are coming to collect the majority so helping others too :-) :-)First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -
