I'm also on the 'using up my stash' thread, so I'm focussing on making greetings cards as a way of decluttering too. They seem to be popular - I had a lovely thank you note from my former headmistress for the cross-stitched bauble Christmas card I sent her. I have another book on the go too. My bathroom is now my guiding light for minimalism.
In that room, all I have is:
1 shower gel
1 shampoo
1 Bath lily
1 Bath mat
3 Towels (on heated rail)
Hand-wash and hand cream (on hand basin)
1 bottle bleach (on low shelf behind loo)
3 toilet rolls on holder
Digital scales
And that's it. It looks amazing and can be cleaned in minutes.
Kitchen work surfaces are next.

I just read a great tip for decluttering clothes, if you're not sure what you still use and are a bit afraid of ditching stuff you might need. Turn all your hangers the wrong way round in the wardrobe and then as you put clean things back in after you've worn them, put that hanger in the right way round. You'll soon see what's been worn and what hasn't. Obviously you have to make sure you don't get rid of items you only wear occasionally to weddings & other special events.0

This is a great tip! I've used it quite a few times and it really works.
