just when i thought it couldnt get any worse ! the two authorisation forms i sent back [using the pre paid envelope they supplied] went to an address they moved from some time ago, not ony that but i faxed a copy to a number they gave me and guess what ? wrong bloody number !!! is there no end to npowers incompetance?

my op was a moan about npower the response by most was genuine, your response cardew was unpleasant and the reaction you got back was justified as on reading other comments you have made you appear to think you are above everyone else ! npower have rang today and suddenly found the missing form so my op stands they are c**p. if myprevious post gave you a nice feeling i think that says more about you !
