just when i thought it couldnt get any worse ! the two authorisation forms i sent back [using the pre paid envelope they supplied] went to an address they moved from some time ago, not ony that but i faxed a copy to a number they gave me and guess what ? wrong bloody number !!! is there no end to npowers incompetance?This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
