Hi Levjo3,glad your back on line and pleased that you found some comfort from the other posters words.We do care and will be delighted to help as best we can.
Can I please ask you to seek advice from the CAB asap, the Debt Doctor has said he will look at your SoA when you list tommorow.
I am concerned that you are being bullied into making an extream payment and feel sure that CAB could negotiate on your behalf.
Court dates ect take a while to arrange as a rule so the deadline you have been given seems a little starnge.Sledg hammer and nut come to mind.Please check things out before commiting to an agreement.
For now remember your a fine example of a caring,loving mum whoes children love her to bits.

You do sound more positive - and you have made good inroads into getting the money together to pay your arrears.

I would agree that contacting one of the debt charities or the citizens advice bureau would be a good idea - they might be able to advise you what to do next.

You could post in here, but the best thing might be to start another new thread with the word SOA in the title, that way more people will see it, and hopefully be able to offer advice.

Hi Levjo3,did you mean SoA statement of affairs? Its just a detailed lst of money coming in and going out and as you opend this thred on here is just fine.
Now we have found you we will keep checking to see how we can help.
Debt Doctor said he would look tommorow for you and here is were he would look first.Unless you pm,Sorry Im a bit of a non techno so cant tell you how to do that:rolleyes:
