In that case, many would be interested to hear the full story. Can you please recount the exact circumstances and resolution if any, ideally on the 'Revolut prepaid Mastercard' thread on the Overseas board, not here, or provide a link if you have already somewhere.it happened to my younger brother, and the explanation given, was that I had topped up the card from the UK, whilst it was being used in Brazil.
My understanding is that top ups can only be made by the account holder.Evolution, not revolution0 -

At 18 she is probably so PC savvy she may well know what will work best for her?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
