Mine sucked - It took 4 - 5 months, many many calls to the buffoons at cs..
It was so unworth it.0 -
Best ISP I've ever had and I've had Bt,Plusnet,ADSL24,Zen etc etc.£10 per month for the Max version. Totally unlimited downloads  never had a disconnection since signing up almost a year ago. My BT line is made of aluminium so I can only get 8mb speeds but all downloads are at 8mb so top banana!!!!0

Go to http://www.samknows.com/broadband/checker2.php and plug in your details
Today it said I can't get the local ISP (Zen) when it is clearly available to me according to Zen!
Sky are great, their max package is subject to acceptable use but hardly anyone goes beyond their fair use.
Customer service in Belfast is great!0 -
I have the £5 a month package as part of my Sky sub-it has been mpre reliable than other providers I've had.I have found Sky customer services to be very good-human beings who know what they're talking about and if they don't will put you on to someone who does. I do have the Talktalk 'free' broad band as well on my other line and that's a total nightmare-I have to switch to the Sky wireless modem to maintain broadband connection. The Sky modem is wireless-Talktalk refused to give me a wireless modem-I even bought one myself and Talktalk refused to give me the info to link it up.
When contract ends I'm going to give up on Talktalk0 -
I have Sky - the free "Base" contract - and have no compliants at all. CS and connection are fab. I was suprised at £75 activation fee, but it was then reduced to £50 when I said I was a sky tv and talk customer. They dont reduce it if you already have wireless router etc - I tried!0

Just switched from TalkTalk to Sky for Broadband, phone calls and TV. Package costs us £10 per month more than TalkTalk but for that we're getting satellite TV which we didn't have before. Think it is definitely worth the money - our Freeview was terrible before now we have Sky Plus downstairs and a normal Sky box upstairs. Dish fitted and internet installed too by engineers. More reliable than TalkTalk for internet and email. Good package if you use all three.0
