He quite clearly says "over the NEXT 3 years".
    One word missing.

"Was taken over the next 3 years" not that it was going to be taken over the next 3 years and stating that the car was shocking as was the dealer service certainly implies to me that the purchase was more than a few months ago.

If the original post had said "was to be taken", then it would not have been clear that the balance had already been taken.

Whether or not that is what the OP intended... who knows? :D

Now would that be the balance owed to the dealer for the purchase? Or the balance owed to the finance company for the loan? ;)
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

Do you realise that it will be for you to prove, on the balance of probability, that the car was inherently faulty when you purchased it?

And that if you win, and you are looking for a refund, that you will have to hand the car back and the refund can be reduced for the usage you have already had from it?

Chumly warner, if you can't be more precise than that then there really is not much point in this thread.

Six months is less than six years - so is five and a half years.

When did you buy this vehicle?

I hope we don't have to wait another month for your answer. ;)
