    Hi,

I have been studying the stock markets for some time, and have come up with a computerised system that can be used to time entries and exits in major markets and sectors.

While not perfect, I have used it to avoid the 2008 crash completely and make +15%. Buy/hold lost 40% during this period - and more in foreign markets.

You have a system that can make 15% profit at a time when the average investor had lost 40% ie. 55% outperformance and even more in foreign markets?

Why are you trying to sell the idea and suffering the humiliation of being ridiculed on this forum?

Why not just keep using your computerised system and beating the average punter by 55% each year?

With 55% outperformance you would very soon be a multi-billionaire!

The system doesnt make millions - it avoids major market crashes and shortlists other markets where the money would be better placed. Very similar to sector rotation but with an added twist.

Well, it either works or it doesn't. If it works, then why not bet the house/mortgage/kids/loans on it and make a tidy profit? Then you can keep rolling your profits back into the system, and using the power of exponential gains, you should soon be sitting on a small ginourmous fortune.
If you're not doing this, then either:
    1. You don't trust the system. If so, then why should we?
    2. It doesn't work. If so, then why would anyone here be interested?
Of course, I may be completely wrong about it all. I am, after all, very much a noob at this. So why not post some of the system's predictions and let let us make our own minds up about it?

    Hi Alex,

Coincidentally, I have been studying the Premier League for some time, and have come up with a computerised system that can be used to time entries and exits into its constituent teams in terms of predicted season points / finishing position etc.

While not perfect, I have used it to avoid Chelsea's 2015 crash completely and make +15%. Buy/hold lost 40% during this period.

I have used it in other markets as well - for example, getting out of Aston Villa in Aug 2015 and going short Steve McLaren that night with the brolly.

The product is ideal for SIPP investors, ISA investors and mid-term traders who don't want to watch the Premier League every day.

It works best with bigger team moves (for example Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal......Leicester! etc...) and not individual players.

I am now looking to sell how it works - most probably as a "how to" information product, but maybe with a subscription option for those people who dont want to

I appreciate this is not a marketing forum, but I would value your advice:

What is your biggest question when it comes to investing in the Premier League?

For example, is it "is this a good time to short Leicester?", "when will Man Utd have more than one shot per game" - or anything else?

Many thanks, I look forward to you subscribing to my highly successful strategy - like betting on the horses but with an added twist - which is guaranteed to make us billionaires !

That's too bad, my fantasy football team has been taking a battering lately :(

Coincidentally(?), there's an ad I can see on Google Finance today headed "The Stockmarket HATES them" followed by "UK couple creates algorithm that 'hacks' the stock market making trading so easy a monkey could do it"

I wonder if our OP is connected to that?

Rats or monkeys, bulls and stags, all need different methods especially designed for them
