Simple answer is NO.

Check the validity of your POPLA code on parking cowboys, then have a look at the successful POPLA appeals thread.

You should be able to adapt a POPLA appeal to suit your circumstances from the information there. Make sure you go to the last page to be sure it is the latest current information.

Above all keep an eye on the date you need to submit by.

and delete your popla code from the previous post, that code is between you and popla, otherwise anyone can use it to your detriment if you publish it online, same as if you give us your bank details, pin number , birthday and shoe size !

think before you post as there are many errors in this thread already, so start by doing things correctly from now on

PPS do put up a fight at POPLA and I know of a person who lost one last year as they didn't bother to rebut the POPLA evidence (but that was at old POPLA run by LondonCouncils). This is 'new' POPLA who have been very shaky about daring to make any decisions yet except a handful we know about since Septemeber. So this will rumble on for months, very likely.

Anyway, read the POPLA examples linked in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread (they are all recent ones, no old ones are relevant now). And show us your draft.

I also suggest you swiftly edit your first posts about the driver and the bay parked in, as well as the POPLA code above!
