Updating electoral roll info

How long should this take? We moved to new address on October 1st and the main CRA's are still not showing the new address:mad:

It took 4 months when we moved IIRC, and my mother 5 months when she moved (a lot more recently than us)

Hi Blackpool_saver,
Most local authorities collate their annual canvas between mid August and November, which isn't published until December.
Once it's published credit reference agencies will start to up date their records, but it can take a few weeks to do this. We aim to complete our updates by the start of January.

I got an email confirmation from the Electoral Services Manager, forwarded it to all three CRA's and they updated it manually within a couple of weeks for me - it saved me waiting ages for the updates to be done - they were really helpful as well when I asked0
