Funnily enough i've had more problems with satnav not being able to find a satellite (due to appauling weather) then i've had with "no signal" for googlemaps... infact I've never had that problem. I'm not doubting there's potential issues for lack of signal in different countries, but like I just stated, satnavs aren't perfect. Hence why I ditched mine and now use my phone ^_^

My phone drops out all the time- it got me completely lost in Manchester. My old Tom Tom Sat nav is mainly fine- a hiccough now and then but nothing serious. If you find yours drops out all the time then you may need another aerial. My OH has a Citroen C8 with a light filter thingy on windscreen and it blocks a number of older sat Navs, we ended up having to buy an extra bit that was fed through the window and went outside. He now has a newer Tom Tom that is fine, and I've taken the older Tom Tom that works in my standard glass window car.

So my neighbour and the seller are getting nowhere with the problem. How does she get Ebay to resolve it please ? they have said they can intervene on the 8th, is there a way escalate this, there only seems an option to close the case at the moment.

they wait until the 8th, all the info you need is in the dispute console.

I replied to your question last time you asked. Post 19 I think.

The Ebay label should be tracked. Once it gets back to them they should refund. If they don't then contact Ebay and tell them it has been tracked back to them and they should force them to refund. You just have to wait for it to get back to them. There is no such thing as a counter claim. They are just hoping you do not realise this.
