Aw, I love your owls, owl fan, every one, That tea cosy is amazing!

I was lucky, chemo didn't make me sick, but I did lose my appetite and stuff tasted weird! I was ultra tired for months, then I got up one day and I was fine again. Odd, but wonderful!

Another project done - fat cat mat for our recently adopted moggie. I'm ashamed to say it's a bit poorly finished. I thought I'd try a different way of adding the binding and it was a disaster. Used an embroidery stitch, so unpicking would not be fun! I could do another binding over the top, or cut off inside and rebind. But no, I won't. Lesson learned - and I'm sure Star won't be too critical!

I've crocheted a blanket and made a valance sheet for our bed out of 3 wrong sized sheets.
Must get some more crafting done

Highest noon temperature was 20C, lowest was 13C. Bands are 13C-16C and 17C-20C, so two colours only, again; it is definitely getting cooler.

I've made a few instant smoothie hats, some scbu hats, made a start on mini stockings for school and made a box frame thing for ds1 to keep his concert tickets in as he like to hang on to them as mementos. So used up some wool, wrapping paper and scrabble tiles from the stash.

Thanks for your support. I am feeling very good these days on chemo, even with stomach cancer which I supposed to be a bad one, but I am lucky so far. Just lost all my hair but now I have a great wig.

Owl fan I love your freegle womble, and must say the picture of you is lovely. You look so happy and full of positivity.

I've made a blanket and a box frame for ds1 for Christmas to keep concert tickets etc in. Currently working on some little Christmas bits for school. I must go through my list and see roughly where I am.
