Placed an order for ipad mini on 16.12.15 and delivery was qtd 6-8 days, Had email to confirm o.n #5381392 is being processed and duly rec'd tracking number, advising parcel was at DPD Southall, however when checking (and I can only commend DPD for their responses ) saying hanks for the email.
I have taken a look at this and unfortunately we still have not received this parcel 15505364834038 please refer to your sender as it is still with them.
Sorry for the delay Have sent several emails and posted on their Facebook page still no reply or response, as they are Hong Kong based not sure where to go, as 14 day rule only applies to EU based co, although the address is .co.uk0 -

I hear Hong Kong is nice to visit at this time of year, that is where they are based and where legal action would need to be filed.

The phone that I ordered 17 weeks ago failed to arrive, and despite dozens of emails etc, they haven't given me a refund. I'm still waiting, but I admit that I've given up hope that I'll get my money back. NO ONE SHOULD USE EGLOBAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!0

I placed an order on 2018-04-27, 06:55 today is 08/05/2015 Still yet to receive my parcel which was due arrive 7-10 working days. I have sent two emails to global central support and sales email and yet to receive a response.
According to Eglobal central tracking info, the parcel is at DPD. Which is not the case as DPD tracking status says "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly" its been this status for the past 5 business working days.
My order was for an Apple iPad Pro (2017) 10.5" 64GB Wifi Tablet - Gold
I have attached evidence of screenshots via the following link: https:// drive.google.com /drive/folders/1wWMTZcYHY7JmPFZGSKHvnIanH-3c6v0E?usp=sharing
If I don't receive any contact or parcel by Thursday I will launch a PayPal case on 10/05/2018. I will update this review if anything changes.0 -

They sent me DOA broken phone and took more than a month and still not sorted. They are asking me to accept a replacement phone whilst I have been asking for a refund. now they confirmed that the phone they sent was broken, they should accept the refund as I don't need it any longer. Do I have to wait for their reply and a new phone for more than a month not buying a mobile phone for work? I don't think so. I even sent video clips as asked to tell them that the phone they sent was not working properly in the meantime. I have copied all the online discussions and video clips and keep it so that I can use it for dispute if they are not giving me a refund of nearly 200 pounds.0

Hopefully you used a credit card, just start a charge back.
They are a company based in China, there are no consumer laws there as we have them over here (and UK law doesn't apply).0
