Hello All,
I received a new boiler in a government scheme. It was installed by Climate Energy Solutions less than 2 years ago.
We had to fix it about 4 times now, twice in the last month and now it stopped working again. The last gas engineer has said that when it was installed the system was not flushed therefore the boiler is now permanently damaged.
What can I do?
I appreciate your help, thank you.

In the first instance, find another plumber, preferably an old one who has seen it all before. You might get a different opinion.
In the meantime what are you like at DIY? can you drain down the system yourself and see what comes out which might give a clue? if you can do this then you could try one of the cleaning fluids inserted via a radiator whilst waiting for a plumber.

Make and model? Since the boiler should be under manufacturer's warranty, is the RGI you refer to an agent of the manufacturer, or someone else, and have the previous repairs been done under warranty?
The issue you have is that a failure to flush the system prior to install will almost certainly invalidate the warranty.
Was the boiler registered for warranty buy the installer, if so did they falsify the data? Consult the benchmark info completed by the installer.
Should the manufacturer decline a warranty repair, you will have to pay for this yourself and seek recompense from the installer, if necessary by a civil claim.
I don't understand why you appear to have had numerous faults in 2 years without contacting the installer, or why the previous repairs have failed to provide a solution. What exactly has been 'fixed'?No free lunch, and no free laptop0
