Has anyone actually cancelled Virgin Media and given 30 days notice? I'm out of contract now with them and rang up for a better deal to stay but they only offered me a poultry discount! I'm wondering whether to call their bluff and say I'm leaving but worried what will happen if they agree and let me go! Can I ring them back to change my mind? All I want is a hefty discount to stay but I'm not getting it at the moment as they don't think I'm serious.
