S&S ISA and death

I've just started a S&S ISA and have no will...would the S&S ISA be found by the government (since I had to state my NI number) if I were to get in a car crash or something and next of kin given access via them?

I have grown old, and fortunately there are ways to keep all that data both accessible and safe, with only one password to remember. I use Password Safe, there are others.
