Pending Transactions

I purchased some Video Games from an online retail unit called STEAM.
Soon after the Video Games dissapointed me so I refunded them before pending transactions went through.
But when I check my online banking there is only OUT payments pending and not IN payments will the OUT payments not go out and just be replaced with the £34 refund?

Depends, You won't see pending incoming transactions.
Steam may still take the original payments made, But will then refund you, Or they may just cancel the authorised transactions and fund funds will be released back to you within 10 days.0 -
Do you have a physical copy of the game or a digital copy?
Have you run the game at all??
If so you will be lucky to get any refund IMO.0 -

When was the refund issued? The earliest a refund will appear on you're bank account is the 29th of December, The next working bank day.0 -

Steam is digital only.
And under their refund policy you're entitled to play the game for up to two hours and still get a refund.
