Morning wombles!:hello:
I received a cheque in the post yesterday for £23.83 from my solicitor, which was left over from the the sale of a rental property I sold last year. I thought I had received all the proceeds when it completed but it was out if a contingency they held back. Nice little surprise!
I've sold four books so I'm expecting £6.60 for them, but I will add that once it's in my bank.
I actually enjoyed opening my post yesterday as there was also a voucher from John Lewis for a free coffee and cake! I'm looking forward to that and again will add it when I spend it.:TLiving a frugal retirement without treading on the planet :T
