Just realised I won't womble my free £5 interest from Halifax this month as it is a Council Tax free month, so only one direct debit will go out.

    Grrrrr! Is this an Anti-Womble?

Mortgage valuation was scheduled on the 'possible house' yesterday.... have heard nothing yet.... I am officially a nightmare.

    Morning wombles!:hello:

I received a cheque in the post yesterday for £23.83 from my solicitor, which was left over from the the sale of a rental property I sold last year. I thought I had received all the proceeds when it completed but it was out if a contingency they held back. Nice little surprise! :D

I've sold four books so I'm expecting £6.60 for them, but I will add that once it's in my bank.
I actually enjoyed opening my post yesterday as there was also a voucher from John Lewis for a free coffee and cake! I'm looking forward to that and again will add it when I spend it.:T

DD found 1 cent roadkill and I was given 8 loyalty points for my shopping.

It's a bit slow at the moment, but I managed to grab a handful of discarded receipts while packing my shopping, and next week at work is fully booked with work lunches (for others), of which I'll womble the leftovers :)
